He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen Pittman and Nathaniel Amey; and his uncles, Timothy Thomas and Thomas Thomas Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Tyana Amey, Ty'Shon Allen-Amey, Sherelle Allen-Amey and Shervona Allen-Amey; his fiancé Christy Mason; his stepchildren, Tra'Shon, Shemiere, Tra'Shona Allen, Reda, Stephen and Stephanie Adkins; and his cousin Tomeka Robinson (Antoine).
