She was predeceased by: her father Miller Bailey Jr. Tiffany; her grandparents, Gladys, Leslie "Buddy" Scruggs, Leola and Miller Bailey Sr.; her brother Mike Mike Brewer; and her uncle Keith Scruggs.
She is survived by: her mother Renee Scruggs; her sister Courtney Bailey; her nephew Jamale; her brother Rashaun Bailey; her children, Kelly Bailey, Anthony "Church" Scruggs and Richelle Scruggs-Dail; and her godmothers, Sharon and Roxanne. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cummings & Davis Funeral Home (13201 Euclid Ave, East Cleveland, OH 44112). A wake was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
