For Thomas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his mother Nellie Kolar; and his grandmother Margaret Woodward. He is survived by: his significant other Mark Puleo; his siblings, Ella Dubelko (Jim) and Jerome Kolar; his nieces, Elizabeth Olds (Pete), Alexandra Laudari (Skye) and Gwen Hoops (Chris); and his nephew Gregory Dubelko (Jess). He is also survived by uncle to his sister's four children.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donlon Funeral Home (15408 Triskett Rd, Cleveland, OH 44111).
