He was predeceased by: his parents, Sol and Ann (Dworkin); his brother-in-law Barry Garson; and his parents-in-law, Barnett and Esther Garson.
He is survived by: his wife Renee; his children, Dr. Eric Hochman (Kim), Dr. Todd Hochman (Shelly) and Dr. Darci Friedman (Judah); his grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan, Samuel, Ari, Elijah and Lydia; his sister Linda Hirsch (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Stuart Garson (Cheryl), Nancy Garson-Angert (Dan) and Nancy Schlachet (Regin). He is also survived by his 3 children and watching them become parents to his wonderful grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Berkowitz Kumin Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118).
