He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Steele; his children, Shawn Vazquez (Eloy Sr.) and Torrey Steele, Sr. (Brittany) of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Torrey Steele, Jr., Eloy Vazquez, Jr., Pilar Vazquez and Tyson Steele; his great grandchild Zoë Vazquez of Cleveland, OH; and his siblings, Alfred Steele (Francis) of Anderson, IN, Ruthie Hughes (late Dale), Rosie L. Steele of Cleveland, OH, Audrey Chamberlain (late Tommy Sr.), Rosie M. Harrington, Catherine Steele, Maxine Bennett (Tim "Swain"), Helen Jean Love, Dorothy Gaines (Robert), Tonya Williams (Steve), Sheila Steele, Margaret Gully (Phil) of Philadephia, MS and Shirley Ann Jackson (Dwight) of Preston, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
