She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Horsfall and Margaret Jones Horsfall; her sister Rebecca Ann Purin; her nephew Joel Horsfall; her niece Rachel Horsfall; and her sister-in-law Sandra Horsfall.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley McGarr (Scott); her grandsons, Ethan and Noah McGarr; her brothers, David B. Horsfall of Port Washington, Franklin Horsfall of New Philadelphia and John Horsfall (Marion) of New Philadelphia; and her nieces and nephews, Bruce Horsfall (Susie), Rob Horsfall (Amy), Becky Lucken (Jason) and Jonalee Lesjak (Mike).
