She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel "Simon" Hazelwood and Mary Ann White (Joseph Lee Sr.); and her brothers, Joseph Lee White Jr., David Hazelwood and Junior Hazelwood.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Delilah Mackenzie, Colton Louis and Melynee Renanne; her sisters, Shelia White, Patricia Zimmerman, Brenda Hazelwood and Mary Epling; her niece Jennifer White; and her great-niece River Rae.
