She is survived by: her husband Willard Martin; her daughter Charmain (Michael Canfield); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Donna, Faith, Hunter, Miya, Payton and Aiden Canfield; her son Steven Tate; her grandchildren, Tori Tate and Destiny Scott; and her great grandchildren, Graysynn, Carsynn and Lilahbelle Scott. She is also survived by her husband, her two children, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
