He is survived by: his brother Terry; his wife Nora; his siblings, Marva, Michael, Pamela, Kimberly (Gregory Williams) and Dawn; his siblings-in-law, Yvette Houston (Ralph) and Edward Robinson (Tasha); his children, Samuel Smith, Valencia White (Ruffin Jr.) and Terence Woods; his grandchildren, Terence Woods Jr., Rasullullah Pillow, Tamea and Telea White; and his great grandchildren, Amira, Rasul Jr., Zuri, Jevon and Paris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
