He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Bartter; his sons, Todd (Kelly) and Bradley; his grandchildren, Faith and Andrew Bartter; and his siblings, Dennis Bartter (Carole), William Bartter (Beth), Martha Peterson (Jeff) and Kim Linger (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
