He is survived by: his sons, Mark "Jack" (Carol) and Jeffrey M. (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, John W. Riester, MD, Katherine M. Maynard (Jordan), Scott J. Horvath, Daniel J. Horvath (Christina Koness), Steven M. Horvath (Maria) and James R. Horvath; his great grandchild Charlotte Maynard; his sister Marlene C. Fecek (late Joesph); his cousin Raymond Hudiak (Marilyn); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara, Ron Toth, Lawrence and Diane Burns.
