He was predeceased by: his siblings, Walter, Gloria, Leon, Brenda and Nathaniel.

He is survived by: his children, Nykia Bennifield, Roger Addison, Raymale Carlisle and Rayshawn Carlisle; his grandchildren, Kimberly Bennifield, Kamron Bennifield, Kimaury Bennifield, Kaelon Blair, Raysean Addison, Zaire Addison, Samari Addison, Journee Addison and Raymale Carlisle Jr.; his wife Melissa Wilson; and his siblings, Tonita, Paulette, Teresa, Eddie, Michael and Linda. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
