He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley A.; his children, Michael (Dena), Rose Rohde (Norman), Robert (Mayra), Greg (Wendi), Jaqueline Krise (Allen) and James (Holly); and his sisters, Barbara Cirnski (Frank) and Kathy Finan (Rick).

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Golubski Funeral Home (5986 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (6750 State Rd, Cleveland, OH 44134).

“In loving memory of Robert Ronald Kohler, Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. We worked together from the time i started at Stouffers in 1998 until Bob retired. He was a good friend and teacher and we had many good laughs. My wife worked at Stouffers also and Bob was her lines mechanic and she also has fond memories of Bob and the jokes and laughs. We are very sad to hear of his passing. He was one of the good one's.”
