He is survived by: his wife Aletha; his children, Megan Jones of Cleveland, Ohio, Crystal, Sade Jones of North Carolina, Kesha Harris of San Diego, California, Levar Smith (Aquisha), Robert Snead and Jeremy Jones of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Cali Jones, Marley Jones, Ramiyah Harris, Solai Harris, Jarren Snead, Darion Snead, Jayvon Snead and Jordan Snead; his siblings, Larry Faulkner of Chicago, Kenneth Houston (Vanessa), Curtis L. Houston, Patrick Houston (Latrice), Bernard Houston of Cleveland, Ohio, Dildred Houston, Mildred Houston and Aundra Huffman of Cleveland, Ohio; his children, Ashley Dowd (Daniel) and Tyrone McClendon; his aunts and uncles, Carolyn Reese, Charles Houston, Paulette Houston, Oddie Houston, Janet Carr, Royce Luellen, Denise Houston-Stewart and Eric Robinson; and his cousins, Santrice Mays and Quida Gibson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Watsons Funeral Home (10913 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
