He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ivory Howard and Pearlie S. Howard of Carrollton, Alabama.; his wife Ruby Howard; and his sister Annie P. Lavender of Birmingham, Alabama.. He is survived by: his children, Katricia Core, Karolyn Letina Ramseur (Lenard), Roberta Sabrina Howard and Robert Sinatra Howard (Darnita); his sisters-in-law, Eloise Coleman (Granville) of Tuscaloosa and Geneva Howard; his grandchildren, Derrick Core, Aleshea Howard, Arnaé Black, Devonte'Howard, Kyra Howard, Gianna Ligon and Riley Howard; and his great grandchildren, X'iaden, X'iara Hughes, Desmond Howard, Brian Green Jr., Calie Howard and Natalie Moorer.
