He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Spencer and Waneda Spencer (Carpenter); and his brother Milton Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Spencer (Nelson); his children, Timothy W. Spencer, Charles "Chuck" Spencer (Kristen) and Deanna Riesen (Brian); and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Spencer (Brenda), Debbie Spencer and Beckie Dean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the North Georgetown First Church of the Brethren (27333 Main St, North Georgetown, OH 44665). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
