With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Gayle Barta (Cleveland, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Phyllis Gayle departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Phyllis Gayle. Though Phyllis Gayle may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A.; and her parents, Peter Bush and Hilda Bush. She is survived by: her children, Laura A. Christopher (Jack) and Al Barta; her sister Patricia Albanese; her sisters-in-law, Doris Krese and Janet Barta; and her grandson Duke.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ripepi Community Center (5784 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44129). A prayer will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
