He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Metts and Ann Metts; his spouse Waneda E. Durst Metts; his granddaughter Jessica Hine; and his brothers, Jim Metts (Gail) and Buck Metts.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Metts, Barbara Metts and Dale Metts; his grandchildren, Michael Gornall (Jennifer), Megan Hackney (Adam Kennedy), Melissa Hine (John Blankenship), Kristen Tench (Andrew) and Allison Metts (D'Metre House); his great grandchildren, Haylee, Kannon, Hayden, Dani, D'Mari, Kaylee and Tessa; and his siblings, Mary Metts, Robert Metts and Pauline Harmon (George).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Craciun Berry Funeral Home (7200 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
