She is survived by: her grandchildren, Trayvon, RaSheena, RaShawn, Michael, Shirley, Turriya, Anthony, Lamere and Amir; and her siblings, Nathaniel "Billy" Forte', Duane Forte, Limas Forte, Eugene Forte', Johnny Forte' of Cleveland, Donald "Pete" Forte' of Warrensville Hts, Gwendolyn Forte' and Debbie Forte. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
