He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stanish and Mary Stanish (Chunko); his wife Irene (Vivian); and his siblings, George Stanish, Marlene Makepeace, Marie Gonet and Patricia Podvorec.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Rhodes (Clinton); and his granddaughter Nicole Greene.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cleveland American Veterans Association and Hospice of the Western Reserve.
