He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine "Katie"; his parents, Beatrice McIntyre and Thomas McIntyre; and his siblings, Mary Campbell (Patrick) and Thomas (Bridget).

He is survived by: his son Michael T. (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Gianni and Teagen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Edna House, 2007 W. 65th St., Cleveland, OH 44102.
