He is survived by: his husband Doug Zullo; his parents, Karen and John; his brothers, John and Mark; his nieces and nephews, Patrick, John, Thomas and Lily; and also Rosie. He is also survived by his family, friends.

Donations to Hospice of the Western Reserve and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank are welcomed.
