He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Johnson; and his grandmothers, Dolores Johnson and Evelyn Smith. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Smith (Kevin); his brother Brendan Smith; his grandparents, Samanna Peck (late Roscoe), Walter and Thaddeus; and his aunts and uncles, Melanie Mercer (Jeffery), Timothy Smith, Sharon Meyer (Rick), Darlene Polojack (Sam) and Kelly Pallay (Damon). He is also survived by cousins and many dear friends.
