He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Casselberry. He is survived by: his children, Madison and Michael; his parent Mary Ellen Fitzgerald (Tim); his siblings, Mary Beth Casselberry (Keith Jaycox), Katie Cook (Jon McCullough) and Mark (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, John (Sarah), Jake, Megan, Ryan, Sean, Sterling and Charlotte.
