He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrence and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Erin, Jerry (Kelly), Christopher and Matthew (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Zoey, Olivia and Daxx; his siblings, Matthew O'Connor (Teresa), Teresa Patterson (Robert), Patty Graham (Jeffrey), Maureen Dobson, Michael O'Connor (Brian) and Mary Moser (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Dawn Miller (Wayne), Larry Rudolph and Cathy Bondgren; and his pet Darcy.
