He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Sr. and Bertha Tatum; his wife Mildred; his daughter Renee Crawford; his siblings, Robert Tatum, Clarence Tatum, Theodis Tatum, Sampson Tatum, Joe Tatum Sr., Liza Tatum, Classie Tatum and Linda Animasaun; and his grandson Calvin Louis Tatum.
He is survived by: his children, Grady Tatum Sr., Bertha Tatum, Lloyd Tatum (Marilyn) of Cleveland, Ohio, Vickie Tatum and Loral Parr (Lewis); his siblings, Grady Jr. Tatum (Mildred), Icum Tatum of Cleveland, Windell Tatum (Jackie) of Malvern, Arkansas, Shirley Wilson (Riley) of Hawthorne, CA, Lula Hooks of Los Angeles and Bertha Tatum of Inglewood, CA; his sisters-in-law, Olie Vera Tatum of Walkertown, NC, Kathy Tatum of Cleveland, Jami Tatum of Fontana, CA and Theresa Tatum of Lawton, OK; his grandchildren, Michael Crawford, Janae Kendrick, Ronnie Love, Sr., Jessica Parr and Jennifer Parr; and his great grandchildren, Shamika Woodson, Nicholas Kenrdick, Ayanna Love, Ronnie Love Jr. and Calvin J. Kendrick. He is also survived by niece, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
