She was predeceased by: her husband Revell; and her siblings, Jimmy, Mac Morton and Bea Fairchild. She is survived by: her son Keith Smith (Lori); her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Jenna Peebles) and Kellie Smith-Dash (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Brittnie, Makenzie and Harlow.
