She was predeceased by: her son Ricky Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, Norma Herrera (DeLorenzo) and Charles Herrera; her pet Brandi; her brother Chad Herrera (Jessica); her uncles, Michael Herrera (Barbara), Harold Herrera, Johnny Herrera and Jeffrey DeLorenzo (Dee); and her aunt Nancy Guhse.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Lisa's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
