He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis and Betty; and his sister Pat Peshek. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Lewis J. Beaver, Janet Aleman (Luis) and Autumn-Grace Cickavage (Carl Joseph); his grandchildren, Drew Pollack, Amanda James (Matt), Brooklynne Beetler (Dale), Allison D'Agostino, Jakob Miller, Jaden Miller, Summer Grove, Matthew C. Mlckovsky, Savannah Duwe, Joshua Calta, Devin Easton and Dylan Babbitt; his great grandchildren, Molly, Daniel and Ariel; and his sibling Pastor Jack Beaver (Rita).
