He is survived by: his son Dominic Flewellyn (Kiara); his wife Mary Horton; his son Dion; his granddaughter Amara Alore; his father Thomas Flewellyn Sr. (Barbara); his siblings, Thomas Jr. (Valada), Kenneth Anthony (Brenda), Rhonda Flewellyn Boston, Patricia Menefe (Terrance), Nicole Flewellyn Golston and Kim Flewellyn Barnes; and his aunt Gloria Chandler Alexander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A wake was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the 89th Chapel (2165 E 89th St, Cleveland, OH 44106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
