He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia "Trish"; his children, Ken, Douglas, Kristen and Mark; his grandchildren, Alex, Tristan Altvater and Nathaniel Perez; his parents, Virginia Perez and Manuel Perez; and his sibling Jinny Lee (Paul) of Hawaii.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (4420 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Patrick Church (West Park) (4427 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135).
