He is survived by: his parents, Cleon Elliot and Brenda Elliot; his close friend Betsy Medina; his children, Josalynn, Meriah and Allissa Owens; his grandchildren, Tr'evon Bulter, Jr. and Syn'cere Owens-Campbell; and his siblings, Odell Walker, Jr., Anthony Walker, Calista Elliott, Nelson Elliott and Cleon Elliott, Jr.. He is also survived by other loving siblings; and was loved by many nieces and nephews.
