Perry of Cleveland, OH and Tamika Perry Womack of Fort Walton Beach, FLA; his aunts and uncles, Dr. Lanelle Perry, Mabel Cloud of Cleveland, OH, Laura Coleman of Alliance, OH, Charlette Kirksey Thurman (Dennis) of Alliance, OH, Faye Foreman of Florida, Courtney Perry, Walter Kirksey Mohammed (Ella) of Cleveland, OH and Grover Kirksey (Nadine) of Alliance, OH; his nieces and nephews, Adria D. Womack, Abrielle Womack, Dakota MaeLynn Griffin, Delyn, Demetri and Emmanuel Womack; and his great-nephew Ezekiel Womack (Sharelle McMillion). He is also survived by cousins, other family members and friends.
