He is survived by: his children, Beth Hoffa, John Hoffa (Christine), Robert Hoffa (Laurie) and Richard Hoffa (Yvette); his grandchildren, Nathaniel J., Matthew (Jessica), Jacob, Nicholas (Sean), Kristen (Bill), Jordan, Nathaniel E. (Steph) and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Brynn and Lucia.
