He is survived by: his girlfriend Cecelia Harrison; and his siblings, William Perk (Toni) and Theresa Perk LoPresti. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions may be made in memory of Jim to Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
