With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Forte Jr. (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on May 18, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Vincenzina; and his siblings, Mary, Jay (Jerome), Theresa, Italo "Lil", Evelyn "Dolly" and Margherite "Margie" Cerankosky.

He is survived by: his spouse Veronica "Ronnie"; his stepchildren, Tricia Preston (Marc Rizzo) and Tracy Hansen (John); his grandfather Boompa; his great grandchildren, Isla and Leo; and also, Tayor (Dom), Natalie, Katie, Kirby, Tara, Michael, Chase, Luke and Nate. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests donations to a charity of your choice.
