She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Noel and Tazzie Noel; her husband Ronald Douglas Skeens; her siblings, Charles Lester Noel, Franklin Noel (Helen), Thelma Noel Triplett (Bill), Betty Noel Slone (Carl), Mildred Ruth Noel Barrett (Jim), Lawrence Noel, Gerald Noel (Pat) and Albert Noel Jr.; and her sister-in-law Carol Noel.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Megan Turner (Nate) and Rebeka Botbyl (Matt); her great grandchildren, Elias Turner, Alexis Turner, Luke Turner and Olivia Botbyl; her siblings, Jesse Rex Noel, Grady Noel (Barbara), Ralph Noel, Joyce Noel Wyatt (Ron) and Mary Naomi Noel Ferrell (Jim); and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Noel, Rose Noel and Darlene Noel.
