He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Sr. and Naomi; and his siblings, William H. Jr. (Mary) and Navada A.. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Christopher (Nicole), Jonathan (Corinne), Patrick (Myisha) and Michael; his grandchildren, Eddie, Jackson, Cannon, Maxine, Charlotte and Samuel; and his brother Tim (Kathy).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the David G. Martens & Son Funeral Home (4175 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
