She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Parr and Louise Shelton Parr; her former husband Lee James Wooldridge; her siblings, Eugene Wesley Parr (Nelda), Grace Darling Parr (Mixon Abraham), Gloria Parr Elsberry (Robert) and John Wesley Parr Jr. (Delores); her nieces and nephews, Wesley Eugene Parr, Michael Parr, Eugenia Parr Vaughn, Tonya Elsberry and Derek Elsberry; and her close friend Thomas Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Allen, Jr.; her children, Gary David Allen and Terry Laverne Allen; her granddaughters, Deenah Garese Allen and Holly Cherise Faison; her sister-in-law Nelda Parr; her cousins, Ondrea Parr Maclin, John Parr, Christopher Wayne Parr, Jeffrey Parr and Chereese Parr; and her close friend Oliver Newman.
