He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bryant and Elise Howard; his son George Bilal Howard; and his siblings, William "Wee Gee" Franklin Howard (Julie), Tony Carnell Howard, Helen Jean Wade and Rosemary McCall-Villasensor.
He is survived by: his daughter Aisha Nazira Franklin (Milton); his grandson Lord Paris Demoines France II; and his sisters, Eloise Butler (Ivey) and Linda Dudley (William). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
