He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Phelps and George Lewis Sr.; and his daughter Lisa Lewis Wells. He is survived by: his wife Rose Lewis; his son George Lewis III; and his great grandchildren, Akia, Dondrelle, Levelle, James, Lewis, Kentez and Ariyelle. He is also survived by his family, friends.
