He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Whaley and Sandy Whaley; and his sister Mildred. He is survived by: his sons, Gary II, Brian (Elizabeth) and Corey; his brother Jim (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Aidan, Alexis, Ivy, Reese, Vada and Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
