He was predeceased by: his parents, Jakob Zakelj and Marija Zakelj; and his brother Jakob "Rado" Zakelj. He is survived by: his siblings, Maria "Mimi" Stefancic (late Vinko), Mario Zakel (Cathy) and John Zakelj (late Ann).
A Mass was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vitus Church (6019 Lausche Ave, Cleveland, OH 44103).
