Frank J. Kidd Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank J. Kidd Jr. (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Frank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frank leaves behind.

He is survived by: his children, Frank James III, Dorian Christopher and Stephanie D. K. Tyus (David); his grandchildren, Frank IV (Lameeka), Dayna, Kyle, Darci (Kevin), Destiny and Naomi; and his sisters-in-law, Esterlee Shy, Rosella Gordon and Lenadean Barnes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Memorial Elizabeth Baptist Church (6114 Francis Ave, Cleveland, OH 44127).
