She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her parents, James Newport and Helen Newport; and her brothers, James and Phillip Newport.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Jessica), Gregory (Julianna) and Laura Baker (Neal); her grandchildren, Ryan Baker, Amanda Baker, Dallas and Hailey; and her sisters, Catherine Cachat and Patricia Blayney (Thomas).
