He was predeceased by: his wife Olga; and his parents, Jaroslaw and Anna. He is survived by: his siblings, Oksana (Ron) and Michael (Susan); and his children, Markian (Courtney), David and Erica. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to VFW Post 5137 (https://medinavfw.org), or a VA Hospital a cause dear to Eugene's heart, in recognition of his unwavering commitment to his fellow veterans.
