He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Johnson; his daughter Erika Rose Barron; his son-in-law Kirk Barron; his grandchildren, Caleb, Judah, Noah, Malachi and Alena; his sisters, Ronna McNair and Dr. Joni Johnson; his brother-in-law Darrell McNair; and his nieces and nephews, Ariel McNair, Austin McNair, Robyn Peterson, Avery Johnson-Edmonds and Syndee Johnson-Edmonds. He is also survived by loving friends and extended family.
For Eric, no matter the challenge or success, it always came back to the foundation of family and friends.
