He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Gerhardt Christiansen and Catharine Knight Christiansen; his sister Faith Caldwell; and his pet Winston. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Brandy) and Ellen; his granddaughter Riley; and his pet Scout.
