Though Elda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Otero and Eufemia Diaz; her husband Wilfredo Quiles Colon; and her child Grisel Badillo. She is survived by: her children, Felipe Otero, Roberto Badillo, Jose Badillo, William Badillo, Arturo Badillo and Jeannette Ortiz.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slone & Co. (13115 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (3607 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109).
