He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Bergen (Diane), Kathleen Spigelmyer (Daniel), Pamela Auman (David), James Bergen (Sharon) and Julie Bergen (Thomas Boyer); and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Bergman, Jennifer Stine, Jonathan, Samantha, Tyler Bergen, Heather, Shannon Boyer, Daniel Spigelmyer Jr. and Mariah King.
